Engineered Drawings - Retrieving/Revising Stored Sets

"Stored Sets" allow you to retrieve specifications you have entered before which saves you the inconvenience of typing, and reduces the likelihood that you will make a mistake and forget something. Obviously, to retrieve a "Stored Set" you must have saved it beforehand. If you are not sure how to create a "Stored Set", click here.

To retrieve a "Stored Set", click on the box labeled "Retrieve A Stored Set". (It is not necessary to select a Book if you are using a "Stored Set". The Book is stored with it.)

A list of the "Stored Sets" you have on file will appear in the list box as shown below. Select the entry which is closest to the permit you are working on. "Stored Sets" do not have to be exact to be useful. You can select a "Stored Set", add, edit or delete entries as necessary, and submit them with the permit, or they can be saved as another "Stored Set" under another name.

Stored Set Screen

Select the set you want and click the "Load Stored Set" button.

Stored Set Screen

The list of entries will appear on your screen. A sample screen is shown below:

Populated Engineered Screen

As stated earlier, you can change an entry, delete it, or add a new ones as required to meet your needs. If this is a one-time situation, just the Submit button when you are finished. If you do desire, these specs can be saved as another "Stored Set", using a different name. Saving it under the same name will delete the previous entries so be careful when doing so. If you do not wish to save these as a stored set, just click submit and they will be attached to your permit.

Saving a set will result in one of two screens. The worst tells you that we found a problem with one or more or your page numbers. They must be exact. The best screen tells you the entries were validated and saved.
