Creating a New Stored SetFor the purpose of this demonstration, we will assume that you have selected a "Book", and have already entered one or more lines of specifications, and now are ready to save these specs as a "Stored Set" so you can re-use them later on another permit. Your screen should look something like what is displayed below:
In our example above, you must click the box labeled "Click to Save Stored Set", and we have also given this a name of "SCREEN PORCH". In reality, this is too simplistic for real world use, but you can see the intent here. You can name the "Stored Set" anything you want, but if you use a same name as you used before, the previous set will be completely replaced, so be careful. If you are not sure what name(s) you have used, click on the "OR Use Stored Set" box and see a list (don't click the LOAD button, that will wipe out this set!!). If you want, you could create sets specific to types of jobs and dimensions (like 24 x 36 POOL CAGE) or whatever is meaningful to you. When you click the Submit button, each Page Number is examined and if any are not valid, the entire set is rejected, so make sure you enter the Page numbers exactly as shown on the page you are viewing (pay attention to capital letters). |
