Before You Login…

• You must have an account established with the BOCC before you can use the Online Permitting system. If you have already been using our system either for permits or scheduling inspections, please continue using the same contractor ID and password.

• If you do not have a Contractor account established with us, see one of the staff in the Building Division in the Lecanto Government Building and they can set one up for you. It only takes a couple of minutes. Please have your email address, fax number, and login password when you come in. All three are required. You must be a licensed and registered contractor to be able to utilize the on-line permitting system.
  

• You must have an escrow account established (or a credit card on file) plus a reasonable balance ($200) if you want to be issued a permit online. This account is administered by the Clerk of the Courts. For further information click here. If you want to do Notice of Commencements you need another escrow account set up with the Clerk's office.
