Once you login, the Contractor Portal Screen appears. (Note: we are using a fictitious contractor, address and owner for the sake of this demonstration).

• Please make sure you have sufficient funds on account to pay for the permit you are about to enter. Permits cannot be issued until paid for. For information on where to send escrow deposits, click here.
  
• In the top left corner of this form you will see a link titled "Apply For a Permit". Click on this link to access the Permit Application Screens.
• You can view your Account, Escrow, and License and Insurance information.
• You can also view inspection results and schedule or cancel new inspections.
