List of Applications
Applications must have all the accompanying paperwork attached when presented to the Department
of Development Services staff for submittal, along with 7 copies of
the required surveys to complete the application packet.
It is recommended that you contact the Department of Development Services at (352)527-5239
for a pre-application meeting before submission to confirm all
required application materials.
Level One:
Administrative Approval
Level Two:
Planning and Development Review Board (PDC) Approval
Level Three:
PDRB and Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Approval
